What skin types are MIAH's products suitable for?
Our products are appropriate for all skin types, all skin tones. But we take great care to design products for melanin-rich skin tones that are experiencing conditions of inflammation, dehydration and or hyperpigmentation.
Are you cruelty free?
We’re committed to being 100% cruelty free, which means we do not test on animals at any stage of our product development, and we strive to only work with suppliers who uphold the same standards.
Can I sell the products on my own site?
Your purchase of MIAH Beauty Labs products is strictly for your personal use, only. By purchasing our products, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not intended for your personal use.
MIAH’s product ingredient listings are updated periodically. Before using a MIAH product, please read the ingredient list on your product to be sure that the ingredients are appropriate for your personal use.
Billing
When will my card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
Can I remove a saved payment method?
Of course! You can make this change on your Account page. If you need help, email us at: support@miahbeauty.com.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
What can I do if my payment is declined?
Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.

How are your products different from other beauty brands?
Our products reflect our belief that beauty is God-given; and so should empower you to live joyfully and confidently. Our formulas are designed to enhance what you already have, and inspire you to love the skin you live in. We strive to use only skin-health improving ingredients, joyfully sourced from Earth’s purest oils, butters plant-rich extracts, and 3rd party clinically proven actives, all working together to bring back healthy balance to your skin.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our products were formulated to work with all skin-types, especially sensitive skin. Our goal is to provide you with quality skincare using ingredients that are non-irritating, non-sensitizing, free from all dyes, artificial fragrance, and harsh chemicals.
Can I try before I buy?
We don't offer free samples, but we do have a Starter Kit that allows you to experience our products before committing to a continuous relationship. Our Starter Kit provides our full sized products at a lower rate (a one time exclusive deal for first time customers) and our step-by-step Skincare Guide.
